How Can severe Abdominal Pain And Nausea Be Treated?

Hello Dr. I m a 54 yr old female, do not drink, vegetarian but overweight smoker. I m in severe right abdominal pain,extrem nausea,sweats,headaches,back pain. The pain is intolerable burping helps heat helps. This started in August and just got worst.

You should do ultrasound imaging to roll out inflammation in the gall bladder,,this pain can be also from stomach,,so take nexium tab once per day and see how is it going
